Low Back Pain (LBP) is the most common musculoskeletal problem in the world. In terms of management, the Good Clinical Practice Guidelines recommend, among the first lines of intervention, therapeutic exercise and manual therapy (only when combined with exercise). In this webinar series, we will dissect the case of persistent LBP in a young athlete by delving into the history interview, objective examination, and the first two sessions mediated by therapeutic exercise. The purpose of these webinars will be to acquire theoretical and practical skills useful in conducting the history taking, conducted through insights and explanations for each point of the interview, useful in understanding the logic and rationale of the physical examination, and ultimately useful in acquiring practical skills for proposing exercises for rehabilitation purposes.
